摘要
细胞工程是生物技术中的一个重要组成部分,同时也是植物基因工程的重要基础,文章从甜菜组织培养,原生质体的培养,生殖细胞工程育种,基因工程育种等方面,综述了细胞工程在甜菜育种上的应用进展。
The cell engineering is importance in the living creature technique to constitute part,also the important foundation of plant genetic engineering at the same time.From the sugar beet tissue culture,the Protoplast Culture,the germ cell engineering breeding,the genetic engineering breeding,overview the process of the cell engineering uesed in sugar beet breeding.
