摘要
文章采用毛细管色谱柱,对食品中的甜蜜素进行检测。在样品的前处理上,相对于国家标准GB/T5009.97-2003做了一系列改进,使甜蜜素的检测更快捷、更精确、适用范围更广。
The cyclamate in food was detected with capillary tube chromatography column.Compared with the national standard GB/T 5009.97-2003,pre-treatment was improved,which quicken the detection of cyclamate in food.Meanwhile,the detection was made more accurate and more samples can be detected.
