乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎42例

Ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis in 42 cases

目的观察乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组42例和对照组38例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用乌司他丁。观察两组治疗前后临床指标的变化。结果治疗后观察组的腹痛持续时间、胰腺体积恢复时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05),观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎安全有效,并能减少并发症。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy and safety of ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods Eighty cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observer group（42 cases） and control group（38 cases）.Thirty-eight cases in control group were given conventional therapy,the observer group given ulinastatin based on the control group,observe changes in clinical parameters of the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the duration of the observation group of abdominal pain,pancreatic volume recovery time,serum amylase returned to normal time,average length of stay of the observer group were shorter than that in the control group（P all0.05）.The total effective of the observer group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications of the observer group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ulinastatin is safe and effective for treatment of acute pancreatitis,and can reduce complications.
