摘要
当前,农村村级财务呈现诸多新特点和新趋势,对村级财务管理工作提出了新任务和新要求,在农村财务管理工作中存在着诸多现实问题亟待改进与规范。文章从推行村集体会计委托代理制度工作中出现的一些新情况、新问题及改进措施方面入手,就进一步规范和加强村级财务管理工作,促进农村经济社会和谐稳定发展进行了深入探讨。
At present,the rural village-level financial showing a lot of new features and new trends in the work of village-level financial management of the new tasks and new requirements for financial management work in the rural areas there are many practical issues that must be improved and specifications,articles from the the implementation of village collective work of the accounting principal-agent system,the emergence of some new situations and new problems and improvement measures in a bid to further standardize and strengthen the village-level financial management to promote the city＇s economic and social harmony and stability of rural development in-depth discussions.
