Study on the Policy of Buckwheat Industry Development in Dry Farming Area in Ulanqab

荞麦作为乌兰察布市特色产业,其生态效益显著,市场前景广阔,但是其产业化发展道路仍存在许多问题。文章分析了制约荞麦产业发展的主要问题,提出通过国家政策引导、种植技术改良以及加强生态意识、提升产品附加值等手段,大力发展荞麦产业,引导乌兰察布市旱作农业走向可持续发展道路。

As the characteristic industry of Wulanchabu city,the ecological benefit of buckwheat is obvious,and its prospect of market is wide,but there are many problems within its industrialization road.The paper analyses the main problems restricting the development of buckwheat industry,and proposes to develop buckwheat industry and guide the sustainable development road due to the dry agriculture of Wulanchabu city by the means of national policy guiding,planting technology improvement and strengthening the ecological consciousness,and improving product value.
