摘要
文章通过数据包络分析对中部六省会城市科技创新效率进行比较与评价。结论表明:科技创新效率在六省会城市有一定的层级分布,并体现了多方面的差异。数据包络分析具有严格的目标针对性,多种分析形式是全面衡量科技创新系统效率的必要选择。
The efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of the six capital cities in central are compared and evaluated by DEA.Conclusions indicate the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation have a certain level of distribution,and reflects the differences in some aspects.DEA have strictly objective,multi-form of analysis is a necessary choice to measure the efficiency of the comprehensive system This conclusion can provide reference for management decisions.
