科学发展观与全面建设小康社会关系的理性思考

A Rational Reflection on the Relationship between the Concept of Scientific Development and the Overall Construction of Well-off Community

科学发展观和全面建设小康社会是社会主义制度优越性的鲜明体现,是社会主义本质的时代辉映。科学发展观是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是全面建设小康社会的必然要求和根本指针;全面建设小康社会是科学发展观在现阶段的伟大实践。本文着重阐述了社会主义本质论的丰富内涵和精神实质,着重从科学发展观的第一要义和核心、全面建设小康社会目标的新要求强调的两个方面,论述了科学发展观和全面建设小康社会是社会主义本质的时代辉映这一主题思想。

The concept of scientific development and the overall construction of the well-off community is the striking representation of the systematic superiority of socialism and the reflection of socialist nature. The concept of scientific development is the collective embodiment of Marxism about developmental world view and methodology and the necessary requirement and essential guide of constructing the well-off community; the overall construction of well-off community is the great practice of the concept of scientific development in the present stage. This paper focuses on the elaboration of the rich connotation and spiritual substance of socialist nature from two aspects,which includes the first element and core of the concept of scientific development and the new requirements of the goal in overall construction of well-off community,and expounds the theme that concept of scientific development and overall construction of well-off community is the reflection of the socialist nature.
