我国新型农村合作经济组织探析

Exploration about China's New-styled Cooperative Economic Organizations in the Rural Areas

改革开放后,随着我国市场经济体制的发展和完善,出现了新型农村合作经济组织,主要以经济目标为重,同时兼顾社会和环境目标的民办官助性的经济组织,具有较为明显的自我特点和区别于传统农业合作组织的内涵和性质。本文认为我国新型农村合作经济组织是建立在社会化分工的基础上,进行专业化生产,以经济目标的实现为第一要务,同时注重社会和环境目标的一种组织形式,除具有自身特点外,需遵循的原则是自愿入退、依法成立,民有、民管、民享,合作、服务、教育,社员权利与义务对等。

With the development and establishment of our country's market economy system after the reform and opening up,there have appeared new-styled cooperative eco-nomic organizations,which,having obvious self characteristics and different connotation and nature from the traditional agricultural cooperative organizations,are ones to mainly pay attention to economic aims as well as social and environmental aims. This paper maintains that the new-styled cooperative economic organizations in our country are based on the socialized division to conduct specialized production,taking economic aim as the priority and at the same time paying attention to social and environmental aims. Besides the characteristics of itself,the principles followed are voluntary enter and exist,legal establishment,of the people,by the people,for the people,cooperation,services,education and right and responsibility equal among the members.
