高校新校区校园文化应传承学校原有的历史积淀、绵延的文化传统和独特的大学精神。在物质文化上要充分利用新校区优越完善的资源,实现校园物质文化科学、合理的全面发展;在制度文化上要结合时代需要、学校可持续发展、办学定位等因素,建立起协调配套的教育、管理体制,并在实践中不断丰富、完善;在精神文化上要树立符合本校特色的大学精神,特别是经过多年实践和发展凭借其环境优势、资源强势打造起来的优质品牌和特色,培养既有共性又具个性魅力的大学精神和独放异彩的精神文化,从而使学校具有走向未来的张力和旺盛持久的生命力。

The culture of a new campus should inherit the historical accumulation, cultural tradition and unique university spirit of the original one. From the perspective of material culture, a new campus should take full advantage of the advanced facilities and rich resources to achieve the scientific and reasonable all-round development of material culture. From the perspective of institutional culture, a new campus should establish corresponding educational and administrative system basing on its future needs, sustainable development, school-running orientation and other factors, and make improvements accordingly. From the perspective of spiritual culture, a new campus should set up the university spirit in accordance with its own characteristics, especially those accumulated in its past experience and based on the environmental and resource advantage, to cultivate the university spirit with both generality and uniqueness. In this way, the university has the dynamic of moving forwards as well as strong and lasting vitality.
