维持性血液透析患者及家属的情绪及生活质量研究

A Study on the Emotion and Quality of Life of the Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients and Their Families

目的:测评维持性血液透析患者及家属的情绪及生活质量,分析其影响因素。方法:以123名血液透析患者,117名家属及100名正常人为研究对象,采用自制的一般情况调查表,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、自杀意向量表(SSI),SF-36进行调查。结果:患者组和家属组的SAS、SDS得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而主观支持得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);患者组和家属组的SSI得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);在SF-36中,患者组的生理功能得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其他项得分亦高于对照组(P<0.01)。家属组的生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者及家属的情绪障碍明显,生活质量严重下降。

Objective：To evaluate the emotion and quality of life of the maintenance hemodialysis patients and their families,analysis the impact factors.Methods：123 maintenance hemodialysis patients and 117 families and 100 healthy were recruited.We examined all subjects using the general information questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,Social Support Scale（SSRS）,Suicide Intent Scale（SSI）,and SF-36 scale to investigate their emotion and the quality of life.Results：Compared with the control group,the scores of SAS and SDS of the patients and the families were significantly higher（P〈0.05）,but the rate of subjective score and total score was significantly lower（P〈0.05）.patients and their families,SSI score was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.But when SF-36 was considered,the PF score of the patients were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）,but the other,s scrores were difference（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the RP,GH,VT,SF,RE,MH were significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：In maintenance hemodialysis treatment,the patients and their families obviously have emotional disorders,and have a serious decline in quality of life.
