摘要
目的:了解留守儿童与非留守儿童的心理虐待与忽视现状以及有关的情绪和行为问题。方法:采用分层整群抽样法抽取江西省上饶市横峰县某小学和中学的三到七年级学生共306人,采用儿童心理虐待与忽视量表,长处和困难问卷儿童版(SDQ),以及自编一般情况问卷进行调查。结果:留守儿童的心理虐待与忽视总分、忽视分量表得分显著高于非留守儿童(P<0.05)。留守儿童在干涉维度、情感忽视维度、身体/监督忽视维度上得分显著高于非留守儿童(P<0.05)。留守儿童在SDQ的同伴交往问题、品行问题得分及困难总分上显著高于非留守儿童(P<0.05或P<0.01)。虐待与忽视总分与长处和困难问卷的情绪症状、品行问题、多动/注意不能和困难总分呈显著相关,均P<0.01。结论:农村留守儿童存在一定程度的心理虐待与忽视以及情绪和行为问题。
Objective:To explore the differences of abuse and neglect and emotional and behavioral problems between left-behind children and non-left-behind children.Methods:The Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale,Children Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire were conducted in 306 students from an elementary school and a middle school.Among them 223 were left -behind children,and 83 were non-left-behind students.Results:There were significant differences between left-behind and non-left-behind children in the total scores and neglect subscale,P〈0.05.There were significant differences between left-behind and non-left-behind children in interference,emotional neglect,and physical neglect,P〈0.05.There were significant differences between left-behind and non-left-behind children in peer problems,total difficulties,P〈0.05.And there were significant differences in conduct problems,P〈0.01.Significant correlations were found between CPANS and SDQ,P〈0.01.Conclusion:The left-behind children in the rural areas have psychological abuse and neglect and emotional and behavioral problems to some degree.
