摘要 合成了新荧光衍生试剂6-O-异丙酰乙二胺荧光素(IPEF),通过质谱和核磁等对其结构进行表征,并对IPEF及其戊酸衍生物的光谱性能及影响因素进行研究,结果表明:与荧光素相比,IPEF及其戊酸衍生物的荧光强度高、稳定性好;荧光强度随pH值增大而增强;在甲醇中荧光强度比水中稍小,但比乙腈中大得多。 A new fluorescein-based fluorescent derivatizating reagent, 6-oxy-(isopropionyl ethylenediamine) fluorescein (IPEF),was synthesized and characterized by MS and ^1H NMR. The fluorescence spectra and variety of IPEF and its valeric acid-derivative were measured respectively. The fluorescence intensity and photostability of IPEF and its valeric acid derivative were assessed in comparison with fluorescein. The results indicated that the intensities of the new one increase with the increase of pH and its intensity in methanol is a little weaker than in water but much stronger than that in acetonitrile.
