大网膜脂肪组织提取液中辅助性T淋巴细胞分泌细胞因子的检测

Detection of cytokine of helper T cell in the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum

目的分析测定大网膜脂肪组织提取液中辅助性T淋巴细胞分泌的细胞因子。方法应用流式细胞仪对大网膜脂肪组织提取液及血浆中IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-2,IL-4和IL-10进行测定分析。结果大网膜脂肪组织提取液内可分泌上述细胞因子,其中TNF-α,IL-2,IL-4和IL-10较血液中各细胞因子含量明显增高(P<0.05)。结论大网膜脂肪组织可分泌多种细胞因子,可能对腹腔内组织器官瘢痕的形成和发展起重要影响作用。

Objective To detect and analyze cytokine of helper T cell in the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum. Methods The contents of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 were detected in the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum and blood plasma by flow cytometry. Results The contents of TNF- α, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-I0 in the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum were significantly higher than that in the blood plasma（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The adipose tissue of greater omentum can secrete many cytokines. They may affect the formation and development of tissue and organ scar in the abdomen.
