靶向性超声造影剂在动脉粥样斑块方面的研究进展

摘要 随着人们生活水平不断提高,动脉粥样硬化发病率呈逐渐上升趋势,动脉粥样硬化中以动脉粥样斑块形成为典型特征。斑块对人类的危害主要表现为血管的狭窄,最为严重的是斑块的脱落,引起血管阻塞,靶器官的梗死,例如脑梗塞等恶性事件。早期准确识别不稳定斑块是预防和治疗相关疾病的关键措施。
