摘要
油田实施聚合物驱后,采出水对化学混凝的敏感性降低,现有药剂的加药成本大幅上升。介绍了一种针对含聚合物污水研制的新型混凝剂的合成、性能和适用条件等。通过对河南油田污水处理的试验表明,当该种混凝剂加入质量浓度为3 500 mg/L时,出水浊度达到3 FTU以下,聚合物去除率达到85%以上,加药成本与聚合铝相比降低80%以上。
Due to the injection of polymer in oilfields, the produced water has lower sensitivity to chemical floccula- tion and the cost of the chemicals added has increased greatly. The synthesis,performances and applicable conditions of a new type of flocculant for treating wastewater containing polymers is introduced. The test on the wastewater at Henan Oilfield shows that when the dosage added is 3 500 mg/L, the turbidity of the wastewater is lower than 3 FTU, and the polymer removal rate is over 85%. Compared with poly-aluminum, the cost of the chemicals added has been reduced by more than 80%.
