摘要
采用电絮凝-MBR组合工艺深度处理石化工业废水,结果表明该组合工艺的最佳运行条件为:电絮凝工艺采用铁-碳电极,电流密度为45 mA/cm2,极板间的水流速度6 mm/s,此时废水处理能耗为1.17 kW.h/t;MBR工艺水力停留时间(HRT)为6 h,溶解氧(DO)控制在2.0~2.5 mg/L。在上述最佳条件下CODCr、石油类的去除率均在70%以上,BOD和氨氮的去除率均在80%以上,出水水质达到了中水回用水质标准。
Electrocoagulation-MBR technology has been carried out to deeply treat petrochemical wastewater. The results show that the best running conditions are as flows:adopting iron-carbon electrode, the current density is 45 mA/cm^2, water velocity between plates is 6 mm/s,energy consumption is 1.17 kW·h/t, hydraulic retention time (HRT) of MBR is 6 h, dissolved oxygen (DO) is 2.0-2.5 mg/L. Under these conditions, the removing rates of both CODcr and oils exceed 70%, the removing rates of both BOD and ammonia-nitrogen exceed 80%. The quality of effluent water achieves that of water recycle.
