视听联合分散干预痔瘘术中血管迷走神经反射研究

Study for vesicular vagovagal reflex for patients during fistula hemorrhoids by audio-visual co-distributed interference

目的探讨一种减少痔瘘手术患者术中出现血管迷走神经反射的护理方法。方法将200例行择期痔瘘手术患者随机分为实验组(100例)和对照组(100例);术中对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上,手术全程予视听联合分散干预,即播放患者喜爱的影像音乐,分散注意力;观察、监测两组患者术中生命体征变化及出现血管迷走神经反射的例数分布。结果与对照组相比较,实验组患者接受视听分散干预后,术中生命体征相对平稳,出现血管迷走神经反射例数(2例)明显减少(对照组为9例),经统计学比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论对行痔瘘手术的患者,视听联合分散方式能有效减少术中血管迷走神经反射等不良应激反应的发生,稳定生命体征,可成为保障手术顺利实施的围手术期重要护理措施之一。

Objective To study nursing method for reducing vesicular vagovagal reflex for patients during fistula hemorrhoids. Method 200 patients with elective fistula hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into experimental group （100 patients） and control group （100 patients ）. The patients during operation in control group was given routine nursing, patients experimental group was routine nursing and audio-visual co-distributed interference during operation. That is played patient favorite music video and distracted. The change of vital signs, cases and distribution of vesicular vagovagal reflex was observed and analyzed. Result After audio-visual co--distributed interference, the patients in experimental group has stable vital signs and fewer cases of vesicular vagovagal reflex （2 cases） compared with control group （9 cases）. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conelusion Audio-visual co-distributed interference will effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse stress, such as vesicular vagovagal reflex, and stabilize the vital sign for patients with fistula hemorrhoids operation. It＇s a important peri-operation nursing method for safeguarding the successful implementation of surgery.
