全机器人冠状动脉旁路移植术围术期的护理 被引量：5

摘要 目的提高"达芬奇"(da VinciS)全机器人冠状动脉旁路移植术患者围手术期护理工作的安全。方法回顾分析23例冠状动脉旁路移植术的临床资料,总结围手术期特点及护理体会。结果所有病人均顺利接受手术,术后未出现任何并发症,跟踪随访生活质量提高。结论通过充分的术前准备,加强术后肺部护理,功能锻炼等各项护理工作,能有效提高TECAB患者围术期的安全,降低患者的身心痛苦。
