受国际金融危机的严重影响,2009年俄罗斯钢管工业产销量大幅下降,尤其是无缝钢管下降更明显;但从下半年开始逐渐走出低谷,到第4季度已出现向好局面。综述了2009年国际金融危机冲击下俄罗斯钢管工业的总体发展概况,以及各大钢管生产企业的生产经营、新产品开发和技术改造情况。

Due to significant impact of the global finance crisis, in 2009, both the total output and sales volume of the industry in the country were tremendously reduced, particularly in the seamless steel tube-making section. However, just from the second half of the year the industry began getting out of the depression, and had became better by the fourth quarter. Summarized in the paper are the general development situation of Russian steel pipe-making industry under the impact of the 2009 global finance crisis, and descriptions concerning the major steel pipe makers there, covering such aspects as production and sales, new product development and technical upgrade, etc.
