复方皂矾丸防治小细胞肺癌化疗骨髓抑制临床观察

Clinical Observation of Complex Zaofan Pill on Preventing Bone Marrow Depressi on caused by Small Cell Lung Cancer Chemotherapy

目的观察复方皂矾丸防治小细胞肺癌患者化疗骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法将46例小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采取卡铂加依托泊苷方案化疗,治疗组化疗的同时服用复方皂矾丸至化疗第14天结束,对照组单纯使用化疗,化疗后比较两组患者白细胞、血小板抑制程度及白细胞、血小板总数的变化。结果治疗组化疗后白细胞、血小板抑制程度低于对照组,白细胞、血小板总数高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论复方皂矾丸能减轻小细胞肺癌行卡铂加依托泊苷方案化疗所致白细胞、血小板下降。

Objective： To observe the effect of Complex ZaoFan Pill on preventing bone marrow depression caused by small cell lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods： 46 patients with small cell lung cancer accepted Carboplatin and VP - 16 chemotherapy were randomized into two groups. The treatment group was treated by Complex Zaofan Pill besides chemotherapy and the control group was treated by chemotherapy only. The curative effect was evaluated by the occurrence of leukocyte and platelet depression and the total of leukocyte and platelet after the chemotherapy. Results： The occurrence of leukocyte and platelet depression of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The total of leukocyte and platelet of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. All the differences had been statistically proved as significance. Conclusion： Complex Zaofan Pill can lighten the leukocyte and platelet depression caused by Carboplatin and VP - 16 chemotherapy in small cell lung cancer.
