Construction an Ecotourism Demonstration-for Shaya Through Scientific Plan

生态文明建设引领旅游发展方式战略转型。沙雅不缺少战略性旅游资源,关键是要在生态文明导向下,转变旅游发展模式,科学规划和设计,激活"胡杨、塔里木河、塔克拉玛干大沙漠、渭干河绿洲"等核心资源要素,集中建设2-3个国家级具有低碳旅游示范效应的高等级旅游景区,实现建设生态旅游示范县的战略新突破。

The construction of eco-civilization may lead to the strategic transition of tourism development mode.Shaya County has established an overall development strategy for constructing a great green ecological county with beautiful ecology,the best human settlement,rich life,civilized urban-rural areas,harmonious society.Therefore,the initiation of Populus euphratica Oliv-based（PeObased） thematic tourism planning and the control detailed planning on main nodes,and the better organization on PeO-based tourism mega-event,has recently unveiled a new stage for Shaya to construct a PeO-based ecotourism demonstration-county.Under the guide of eco-civilization,it＇s crucial for Shaya,a county abundant with strategic tourism resources,to transform tourism development mode,scientific plan and design,to activate the essential resources,such as Populus euphratica Oliv,Tarim River,Taklamakan Desert,the oasis in Weigan River and so on,and concentrate its effort to construct two or three high-grade tourist attractions with demonstration effect for low-carbon tourism,so as to realize a strategic breakthrough for the construction of ecotourism demonstration-county.
