摘要
中共十七届三中全会明确提出健全严格规范的农村土地管理制度,鼓励土地承包经营权进行合理流转。鉴于土地与乡村旅游的密切关系,土地流转对中国乡村旅游的发展必定产生全面的影响;且近年全国各地都大力发展乡村旅游,因此,不管是在理论上还是现实实践中,研究土地流转对乡村旅游的正负效应显得尤为迫切和重要。
The Third Plenary Session of the Party＇s 17 in 2008 clearly stated the strict norms of a sound rural land management system to encourage rational land contracting and operation rights transfer.In terms of the close relationship between land and rural tourism,land transfer must have an overall effect on development of the rural tourism in China.Considering the high development of rural tourism throughout the country in recent years,whether in theory or in practice,it is particularly urgent and important to research on the land transfer＇s positive and negative effects to the Rural Tourism.
