Research on the Mobility of Rural Surplus Labor Force and the Transfer Countermeasures in Guangdong Province

文章基于中心—外围模型中的离心力和向心力,分析了调查问卷中劳动力流动的主要原因,并深入分析了广东省农村富余劳动力的基本情况,探讨了农村劳动力空间流动的理论机制,提出了促进广东省农村富余劳动力有效、合理转移的对策。

Based on the centrifugal force and the centripetal force of the core-peripheral model, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the labor mobility in the questionnaire, further analyzes the basic situation of the rural surplus labor, discusses the theoretical mechanism for the mobility of rural surplus labor, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to promote the effective and reasonable transfer of the rural surplus labor in Guangdong Province.
