By way of micro-encapsulation, β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) as host molecule, jasmine fragrance microcapsule which has slow released property was prepared. The best preparing conditions were:β-CD: jasmine fragrance (mass ratio) = 10 : 3, dissolving temperature for β-CD 80℃, inwraping temperature 50℃, mass proportion of β-CD in aqueous solution 20%, pH 7.0. Under this condition, the high embeded fragrance product could be reached.
