采用包结络合法以β-环糊精为壁材,对茉莉香精进行微胶囊化工艺处理,赋予其缓释性,经试验获得最佳包结条件为:β-CD与茉莉香精的质量比为10∶3,β-CD的溶解温度80℃,包结温度为50℃,水溶液中的质量分数w(β-CD)、20%,pH值7.0。采用此工艺条件,可制得包埋率较高的微胶囊香精、

By way of micro-encapsulation, β-cyclodextrin（β-CD） as host molecule, jasmine fragrance microcapsule which has slow released property was prepared. The best preparing conditions were：β-CD： jasmine fragrance （mass ratio） = 10 ： 3, dissolving temperature for β-CD 80℃, inwraping temperature 50℃, mass proportion of β-CD in aqueous solution 20%, pH 7.0. Under this condition, the high embeded fragrance product could be reached.
