摘要
简述了喷管性能测量分析系统的组成结构,对喷管性能数字化测量的硬件和软件的设计及配置做了描述;实验分析了喷管内气体的流动特性,运用CFD软件FLUENT模拟了喷管在不同工况下的流场,将数值模拟结果和实验分析结果进行对比,确定模拟的正确性和对工程实际应用的指导意义,为喷管的优化设计提出了有效的技术途径。
This paper briefly describes the structure of measurement and analysis system of nozzle's performance,and introduces the design and configure of the system in the hardware and software.Analyzing gas flow characteristics in nozzle,and using CFD software FLUENT to simulate the flow field at different operating conditions,the author compares the numerical simulation results and experimental results.It makes sure the correctness of numerical simulation and its instructing sense to the practicality application on engineering,and provides a technical way for the optimum design of nozzle.
