摘要
主要论述了日本欧姆龙系统在机械手中的PLC控制,重点介绍了机械手控制系统中软件的设计过程以及PLC控制气动机械手装置的工作原理、运动过程和控制要求等方面。充分利用试验台来加深对PLC控制的认知,根据机械手的结构及功能、控制要求,进行总体方案设计,从而培养对PLC的选型和I/O分配、编写PLC程序及绘制梯形图的能力。
The present paper mainly elaborated the Japanese ohm dragon system's in manipulator PLC control,introduced software design process in the manipulator control system and gave working principles,rate process and control request of PLC control pneumatic motor manipulator.According to manipulator's structure,function and the control request,fully used the test platform to deepen understanding of the PLC control,and carried on the overall concept design.Thus brought up the ability of PLC shaping,the I/O assignment,the PLC procedure compiling and trapezoidal chart plan.
