摘要
阐述了图书馆流通部馆员与读者在第一次交往中的表现,通过分析馆读关系不谐的原因,提出了处理馆读关系的办法。
This paper expounds the representations of the librarians and readers in first communication in library’s circulation department, and through analyzing the reasons why the relation between librarians and readers is unharmonious, puts forward some methods for improving the relation between librarians and readers.
