Study on the Current Situation of and Countermeasures for the Construction of Part Time Archivist Team in University

高校兼职档案工作是整个档案工作的重要组成部分,兼职档案员队伍的建设直接影响到档案的质量和利用价值。分析了目前高校兼职档案员队伍的建设现状以及存在的问题,从而提出了一些加强和改进高校兼职档案员工作的举措。

The part time archives work in university is an important part of the whole archives work, and the construction of part time archivist team has direct influence on the quality and utilization value of the archives. This paper analyzes the current construction of part time archivist team in university and some problems existing in the team construction, and puts forward some measures for strengthening and improving the work of university’s part time archivists.
