This paper briefly introduces the present situation of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of financial crisis, analyzes the reasons why China’s small and medium-sized enterprises get into trouble,and points out that small and medium-sized enterprises should grasp the opportunities of the reconfiguration of international resources and the support of state policy, improve the product structure, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, strengthen the international cooperation, and realized the leapfrog development finally.
