火力发电企业中的工程造价控制与管理浅析

Analysis on the Control and Management of the Construction Cost in Thermal Power Enterprise

分析了我国电力工程造价管理的特点及存在的问题,并结合这些特点及问题,针对目前火力发电企业的竞争机制、不同的工程建设阶段,提出了相应的工程造价管理措施及办法。

This paper analyzes the features of and problems in the construction cost management of China’s power engineering from various aspects, and connecting with these features and problems, puts forward some corresponding measures and methods for the management of construction cost in different construction stages in the light of the current competitive mechanism in thermal power enterprise.
