摘要 设计了一款侧光式LED背光源。LED阵列选择长条式设计,用铝基板加工制作。驱动模块采用升压转换器,支持过压保护。控制模块通过单片机产生PWM波对LED灯条进行亮度控制。所设计的背光源电路简单,支持按键式调光,中、大尺寸LED背光源均可借鉴使用。 An edge light LED backlight is designed in this paper. LED array is designed with rectangle type,processed with MCPCB. Boost inverter which supports over-voltage protection is used in the driver module. The brightness of LED light-bar is controlled by PWM wave produced from single-chip microcomputer in the control module. A LED backlight is designed in this paper,which has a good optical effect and supports keyboard dimming. The circuit is simple in this design. This paper can also be used for the design of medium-sized and large size LED backlight.
