讨论用超临界氨对麦草进行蒸煮的工艺条件,并用所得纸浆进行抄纸实验,得出该法制浆完全能够达到造纸的要求。通过最佳蒸煮条件得出该法蒸煮温度较低,工艺简单,废液中含氮,可以用做肥料,因而该法可以用于工业生产。

Cooking conditions of the process that use ammonia as cooking agent were discussed. The pulp was used to make paper and the strength of the paper was measured to find that the pulp can reach the request of papermaking. Cooking temperature of this process was low and the spent liquor can be used as plant food because of the nitrogen inside. Consequently we conclude that this process can he used in industrial production.
