Education for teachers in non-teacher＇s colleges or universities has its own features with high academic levels,more disciplines,and diverse training models.When it comes to the subject or disciplinary,traditional teachers＇ colleges or universities should attach great importance to the development of students＇ qualities such as the attitude towards science,the interest and the spirit in exploration,and the thinking mode in the relevant subject.Meanwhile,they should enhance the training of student-teachers for their pedagogical theories and practical competence by reforming the training model and the curriculum system.
