摘要
分析了卧式沉降过滤离心机在吕梁山煤电公司洗煤厂使用过程中的的问题及原因。发现它能部分回收浮选精矿与浓缩机尾煤泥中的固体颗粒,产品水分能够满足洗煤厂产品水分指标的要求,但是,卧式沉降过滤离心机并不是严格按照粒度分级回收固体颗粒的,其滤液中含有大量+0.074 mm粒度级的固体颗粒,固体损失量大,在处理浮选精矿时需对其滤液做进一步脱水处理。
Introduce the application of horizontal type settling-filtering centrifugal dewaterer in Luliangshan. Analyze the problems and causes in operation. This equipment can recycle rigid granules existed in flotation concentrate and concentrated backhead slurry, water content of product meet the demand of requirement. And the dehydration effect of the former is better than the latter. This equipment is not strictly in order of size grading. Filtrate contains a large number of + 0. 074 mm size-class of solid particles losing a large quantity of solid. Filtrate need further dewatering while deal with flotation concentrate.
