摘要
试验用不同剂量的孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)和绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)组合处理休情期母貉,观察其卵巢的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验各组母貉卵巢重量增加极显著(P<0.01),且试验1组和2组母貉卵巢三级卵泡所占百分率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中试验3组卵巢三级卵泡所占百分率与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。
After disposing anestrus raccoon dog using different doses Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotropin（PMSG）and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin（HCG）,could the ovarial weights of experimental groups and control groups have the extremely significant difference（P0.01）,could be got the percentages of the tertiary follicle of experimental group 1 and 2 were more than those of the control group（P0.05）,the percentage of the tertiary follicle of the experimental group 3 and the control group had extremely significant difference（P0.01）.
