综合疗法治疗肛周尖锐湿疣112例

COMBINED THERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF 112 PATIENTS WITH ANAL CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM

目的观察综合疗法治疗肛周尖锐湿疣112例的疗效。方法①射频治疗,局部麻醉,以射频探头由下至上、先小后大,逐个烧灼疣体直至真皮层,再以干扰素100万U用生理盐水5 mL稀释,注射至已烧灼创面的基底部;②静脉滴注白细胞介素-2,20万U/d,15 d为1疗程;③中药内服外洗,以清热利湿、解毒杀虫、排毒逐疣之中药内服外洗,均1 5 d为1疗程;④局部创面每日以京万红软膏外涂换药直至痊愈。结果 112例全部治愈。随访6个月～2年临床治愈103例,复发9例(经2次治疗痊愈)。结论综合疗法治疗肛周尖锐湿疣具有清除疣体及体内病毒彻底,远期疗效好等优点。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combined therapy in the treatment of anal condyloma acuminatum. Methods ① Radio frequency acology （RFA）. After local anaesthesia,with the r-f-probe the condyloma aeuminatum were cauterized from bottom to up ,from small to large until the dermis. Then interferon 1 000 thousand U which diluted with 0.9% NaCl 5 mL was injected to the bottom of these wounds. ②Interleukin-2 of 200 thousand U intravenous drip was given every day, 15 days was a course of treatment. ③Herbal medicine, which is eliminating dampness and heat,antitoxic and pestieidal,were used for oral administration and for external application, 15 days was a course of treatment. ④The surface of these wounds was smeared with Jingwanhong ointment until cure. Results One hundred and three patients were cured by once treatment and 9 patients by twice. Conclusion Combined therapy for anal condyloma acuminatum can remove the condyloma and virus thoroughly with good long-term results.
