摘要
目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、微血管密度(microvesseldensity,MVD)、增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)与子宫肌瘤发生发展的关系。方法 2007年12月-2008年11月对30例子宫肌瘤组织及正常子宫肌组织采用免疫组织化学染色法测定bFGF、MVD、PCNA的表达,及bFGF与MVD、PCNA的相关性。结果子宫肌瘤组织中bFGF、MVD、PCNA均呈不同程度的阳性表达,并明显高于正常子宫肌组织(P <0.05)。且bFGF与MVD、PCNA的阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 bFGF通过促进血管形成和刺激细胞增殖促进子宫肌瘤的发生发展。
Objective To evaluate the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF), microvesseI density(MVD),proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and the correlation between bFGF and MVD, bFGF and PCNA in human leiomyoma. Methods The myometrial and leiomyoma tissues were obtained from the uterus of 30 patients with leiomyoma after hysterectomy from Dec. 2007 to Nov. 2008. Expression of bFGF, MVD, PCNA in human myometrial and leiomyoma tissue was analyzed by the SP immunohistochemistry techniques. Correlation was evaluated between the expression of bFGF and MVD, bFGF and PCNA. Results The staining of bFGF, MVD and PCNA was positive in human leiomyoma cytoplasm or nucleus. The expression level of bFGF, MVD, and PCNA in leiomyoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal myometrial tissue ( P 〈 0.01). There were positive correlations between bFGF and MVD, bFGF and PCNA( P〈0.05). Conclusion High expression of bFGF plays an important role in the development of human leiomyoma by inducing vasculogenesis and enhancing proliferation of cells.
