摘要
通过对国内外临终关怀的发展及安乐死立法的回顾分析,指出不同国家对濒临死亡者的临终关怀表达的方式不同,提出我国应结合实际国情,建立有中国特色的临终关怀制度,包括有关安乐死的立法。
The development of hospice care and euthanasia legislation in the world is analyzed. According to the literature, different countries express hospice care in different ways. Based on China＇s national conditions, a hospice care system with Chinese characteristics, including the euthanasia legislation should be established.
