摘要
目的:分析患者选择就诊医院的影响因素和需求,探讨医院如何适应新形势,在医疗市场中保持竞争优势。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表对门诊就诊人群进行调查。结果:职业分布以干部或职员为多,费用类别以自费患者占多数,通过媒体了解医院后,多数人是愿意再来就诊,不满意的门诊功能设置和最应改进之处为指示标牌。结论:为了在医疗市场竞争中立于不败之地,医院管理者必须根据患者反馈信息,不断改进服务措施,提高服务质量。
Objectives: To analyze patient' s demands and influence factors of patients' choice and to explore how to keep competition strength under the environment of health system reform. Methods: Questionnaire was designed by research team and was used to investigate outpatients. Results: Cadre and staff was the majority group among professional distribution. Out of pocket patients were the main group in all investigated sample. After well knowing hospital by media, most outpatients were wiling to choose our hospital again. The most dissatisfaction aspect was ambulance function setting and ambulance service indictor should be set. Conclusions: In order to keep competition strength, hospital managers should continuous improve medical service and promote medical quality in accordance with patient' s information. :
