摘要
通过对北京大学第三医院基建项目的财务监管,有效地控制了基建项目的工程成本,提高了工程质量,杜绝了财务漏洞,增强了社会效益。本文就加强各部门间沟通、资金使用计划、严格审核、及时完成竣工财务决算以及加强会计人员学习等五个方面对如何加强基建项目的财务管理工作进行阐述。
Through supervising finance status of the infrastructure project in Peking University Third Hospital, the cost was controlled effectively, the project quality was improved and the social benefit was promoted. The article discussed how to strengthen the financial management of the infrastructure project in the following five aspects: interdepartmental communication, implementation fund plan, strict auditing, completing final financial accounts in time and financial staff training.
