摘要
目的探讨旋转磁场处理对离体外周血抗氧化能力的影响。方法对10份人全血采用旋转磁场处理,分别于处理前及处理后1,2h检测血清还原型谷胱甘肤(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果旋转磁场处理后1h与处理前比较,血清GSH含量和SOD活性升高(P〈0.01),而MDA含量变化差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。处理后2h与处理后1h比较,血清GSH含量和SOD活性进一步升高(P〈0.01),而MDA含量仍无显著性变化(P〉0.05)。结论旋转磁场可明显提高离体外周血抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of rotation magnetic field on antioxidant capacity of human peripheral blood in vitro. Methods Ten unit whole blood were treated with rotation magnetic field. The content of serum glutathione (GSH)and malondladebyde (MDA),as well as the enzymatic activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD)were detected before treatment and1,2h after treatment, respectively. Results At one hour after treatment,the serum GSH content and SOD activity were significantly higher than that before treatment,respectively(P〈0. 01). However,the content of serum MDA had no significant changes when compared with that before treatment(P〉0. 05). At two hours after treatment, when compared with that of one hour after treatment, the serum GSH content and SOD activity were still significantly higher, respectively(P〈0. 01),but the content of MDA was not significantly changed (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Rotation magnetic field can obviously enhance the antloxidant capacity of human peripheral blood in vitro.
