摘要
通过对现今煤层自燃机理和防灭火技术现状分析,采用程序升温实验系统以及气相色谱仪等实验设备,以东山烟煤和芙蓉无烟煤两种煤为研究对象,利用加热炉实验系统,对两种煤样进行程序升温氧化试验和分析,通过氧气浓度的测定,分别计算得出耗氧速率等煤自燃特性参数,并分析得到两种煤样的临界温度和干裂温度,为更深入的煤氧化自燃实验研究提供依据和参考。
Spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters such as O2 consumption rates under different temperatures are investigated,based on the analysis of current mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion and fire prevention and extinguishment techniques,by adopting temperature programming experiment and gas chromatography,and taking soft coal of Shandong and anthracite of Furong mine as experimental samples,using temperature programming experiment system.The results provide references for experimental analysis to inhibitory performance of retarders to coal.The research of this paper provides relevant fundamental data for further study on coal mine fire prevention and extinguishment mechanism and provides theoretical reference for development and application of fire prevention and extinguishment technology.
