支持创造力的课堂环境特征 被引量:4

摘要 创造力是学习的必需元素。斯塔科(Starko)提出学习是一个创造性过程.包括学生用一种独特的有意义的形式把新旧知识联系起来制造出相关的信息,她把这种意义性归因于个体创造力。代尔奇多(Diaki.doy)发现,创造力的发展对提高学业成绩是必要的,而且教师也应该具有创造力的相关知识阁。然而,现实中大多数课堂环境并不支持且抑制创造性表达。本研究试图通过质的研究方法,总结出支持创造力的课堂环境的特征.从而为创建支持创造力的课堂环境提供构建框架。
