摘要
目的:探讨生命科学研究领域基因芯片技术研究现状及未来的应用前景。方法:收集有关基因芯片技术在生命科学研究中的国内外研究资料并加以综合归纳。结果:基因芯片技术是一种高新生物技术,因具有高通量、并行性、微型化与自动化等特点,在生命科学中日益显示出其重要的理论与实际应用价值。结论:基因芯片技术在生命科学领域的深入研究具有重要的理论意义和应用价值,前景广阔。
Objective: To discuss the research status and application prospect of gene chip technology. Methods: To collect and sum up do- mestic and foreign latest literatures on gene chip technology. Results: Gene chip is a high biotechnology that emerged in recent years. For it possesses the features of high-throughout,parallel,minimization and automation.gene chip will gradually show its important values in theory and applications of life science. Conclusion: Researching Gene chip thechnology takes on significant value for theory research and application in life science, and it shows brighter application prospects in future.
