摘要
人血白蛋白是血液制剂的主要产品,也是血浆蛋白生产工艺主干的最终产物。人们按着血浆蛋白质之间,蛋白质与水分子之间及各种离子的相互作用,从而把各种成份分离,纯化。目前应用最广泛的是低温乙醇法。本文对国内流行的低温乙醇法中的COHN"5+9"、COHN6及N—K法工艺进行了比较。N—K法与前两种工艺相比,减少了乙醇的消耗,收率有所提高。改进工艺是采用萃取方法,将血浆分成二组沉淀Fr"Ⅰ+Ⅱ+Ⅲ"和Fr"IV+V",减少了稀释倍数,节省乙醇试剂,使蛋白保持天然状态,并提高纯度。
Human blood albumin is main blood preparation products and is also ultimate production of blood plasma protein productive tech- nology main force. People separate various component of blood plasma protein, purification according to making use of among the molecule of protein and between protein and water reach various ion coactions. Low temperature alcohol methods have carried out comparison on the pop- ular methods among the COHN "5 + 9 ", COHN 6 and N -K mothods in the homeland in the text. N -K mothod has been compared with the first two process technology, has decreased by the alcohol consumption, has improved by the collecting rates at extent. That improving a pro- cess technology is that the blood plasma has been divided into two kinds of precipitation Fr Ⅰ + Ⅱ + Ⅲ " and Fr "Ⅳ +Ⅴ" by the extractive mothed, not only having decreased by the reagent having diluted times, having economized alcohol and having keeped natural state of protein, but also having improved purity.
