跨科腹腔镜联合手术在腹部疾病的临床应用

Clinical Application of Combined Multi-Organ Laparoscopic Surgery for Abdominal Disease

目的探讨腹腔镜在腹部多脏器疾病联合手术的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析孝感市中心医院134例腹部多脏器疾病患者行跨科腹腔镜联合手术治疗的病历资料。结果134例中132例用腹腔镜完成手术,1例脾切除大出血和1例结肠癌腹腔广泛转移中转开腹完成手术,全组无手术并发症。结论腹部多脏器疾病的跨科腹腔镜联合手术不仅具有多病联合手术治疗的特点,而且具有创伤小、恢复快的微创特点,只要掌握好手术适应证腹腔镜联合手术是安全可行的。

Objective To explore the clinical practical value of combined laparoscopic surgery（CLS） on abdominal diseases.Methods The medical records of 134 cases with abdominal multi-organ diseases undergoing CLS were analyzed retrospectively.Results 132 of 134 cases achieved successful results,1 case developed postoperative hemorrhea after the laparoscopic splenectomy,and 1 case with abdominal transferred colon carcinoma were converted to open surgery.There was no surgical complication in all cases.Conclusion CLS,with less trauma and faster recovery,can successively treat abdominal multi-organ diseases following operative indications.
