Application of Clinical Pathway in Health Education for Patients with Hysterectomy

摘要 目的研究临床路径应用于全子宫切除术患者健康教育中的效果。方法应用随机对照方法将行全子宫切除术的60例患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用按常规医嘱进行护理,试验组采用制订好的临床路径进行护理,观察两组患者健康教育知识掌握程度和健康教育满意率等护理效果进行对比。结果实验组患者的住院日低于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识掌握程度,遵医行为,患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论全子宫切除术患者住院期间应用临床路径实施健康教育,提高了护理质量和患者满意度,融洽了护患关系。 Objective To investigate the effect of healthy education in patients with transabdominal hysterectomy by the applied clinical pathway.Methods 60 patients with hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n=30 each).The experimental group adopted healthy education by the applied clinical pathway;while the control group received the healthy education by traditional nursing.The differences in the degree of handling health education knowledge and health education satisfaction rate of the two groups with were observed and compared.Results The hospitalization days of the experimental group were obviously less than the control group(P〈0.05).The degree of handling health education knowledge,obeying doctor’s orders and health education satisfaction rate in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion The healthy education for the hysterectomy patients by the applied clinical pathway can improve the quality of nursing care,satisfaction of patients and the nurse-patient relations.
