摘要
目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)对妇女婚姻质量及其与年龄、婚龄和拟生育时间的关系,为IVF-ET妇女选择最好的时机,以提高其婚姻质量。方法选取进行IVF-ET治疗的96例不孕症妇女为研究组,同期按均衡原选取90例已婚已育妇女为对照组,分别进行一般情况和Olson婚姻质量(5因子)问卷调查。结果研究组妇女婚姻质量5因子总分(179.16±21.43)分高于对照组(167.12±22.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中婚姻满意度和解决冲突方式2因子分值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时拟生育时间与性生活满意度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论IVF-ET妇女的婚姻质量较已婚已育妇女高,但其性生活满意度随拟生育时间的延长下降。
Objective To investigate the relationship between in vitro fertilization-embryotransfer（IVF-ET） and the age,marial duration and time ready to have a baby,and the influences of IVF-ET on the marital quality of women.Methods 96 infertility women who joined in IVF-ET treatment were selected as study group,and 50 primipame were selected as control group by matching principle.The general conditions and 01 son marital quality（5 factors） questionnaires were performed.Results The total scores of the five factors of marital quality in the study group were higher （179.16 ± 21.43）than that in the control group（167.12±22.20）,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Negative correlation was shown between the time ready to have a baby and sex satisfaction.Conclusion Marital quality of women can be improved by receiving IVF-ET cycles,while their sex satisfaction should decrease as the prolongation of the time ready to have a baby.
