Diversified Teaching Methods Promoting Clinical Probation of Diagnostics

目的探讨多元化教学法促进诊断学临床见习教学的作用。方法针对传统的诊断学临床见习教学存在的问题,在见习前做好学生的动员工作,在诊断学临床见习的带教中应用病例引入教学法、PBL教学法、学生自己体检和教师示教相结合法、互动式病例讨论法、多媒体教学等多元化的教学法。结果多元化教学法能调动学生学习的积极性,锻炼了学生的动手操作能力,有利于逐步培养学生的临床思维能力。结论多元化教学法改善了诊断学临床见习的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of the diversified teaching methods on clinical probation of diagnostics.Methods The diversified teaching methods including PBL,hands-on physical examination by students themselves combined with demonstration of teachers,interactive case discussion method and multi-media teaching method were performed in the clinical probation of diagnostics teaching.Results The teaching model mobilized the enthusiasm of students and improved the clinical thinking abilities of students.Conclusion Diversified teaching methods can promote the effect of diagnostics clinical probation.
