摘要
将膨润土湿型砂和CO2水玻璃砂分别进行机械法再生,再按不同比例混合,用CO2水玻璃工艺研究了再生砂的主要工艺性能.研究结果表明,膨润土再生砂对CO2水玻璃再生砂的影响不大,随着膨润土再生砂比例的增加,混合再生砂的终强度缓慢降低,而800℃的残留强度急剧下降.
Bentonite bonded sand and CO 2 Sodium silicate bonded sand were separately reclaimed mechanically, then the two kinds of reclaimed sand were mixed at different rates. Main technological properties of the mixture were studied with CO 2 curing process. It was shown that the initial strength and bench life of reclaimed sodium silicate bonded sand are little influenced by bentonite bonded sand. However, with increasing amount of bentonite bonded sand, the final strength of mixture is decreasing slowly and the retained strength at 800℃ is sharply declined.
